Really nice people. We’re traveling with a large Group of high school and jr high kids - I’m sure you can fill in the blanks on their energy and the chaos that we brought. The Starbucks’ staff was very patient and welcoming. They made our visit such a pleasure. Very grateful for their help and grace.

Ashley knocked it out of the park on customer service!! It’s so refreshing to walk up to the counter and be greeted so nicely. She has such a great spirit about her. If I owned a business she would definitely be the employee I’d want taking care of my guest.High five to Ashley ☕️

The wait times at this location are the worst I have ever been to. We sat in the drive thru line for literally 45 minutes. Absolutely horrible for a single small cup of hot coffee. I will never be coming here again. What was supposed to be a brunch coffee turned into a lunch coffee horrible..

10/10 don’t recommend, d*** place says it opens at 5 am and closes at 1 am. Absolutely not true as i was there at 8:00 pm and they said the place was close

Burnt coffee that came from child labor (yes they get their coffee beans from Nestle) unwelcoming entitled staff that seem to close whenever they feel like it. lastly it's about a 25% chance you're gonna get your coffee order

if i could give zero stars i would. the amount of money i’ve spent here just to be given the wrong drink time and time again. horrible customer service, terrible experience all around. save your time and go to a different starbucks if you want the drink you actually ordered.

Here are the permanent store hours. Occasionally the store is understaffed and may close early. Other websites online have inaccurate times of when the store closes. Also AJ and Abi are pretty cool.

We 4 ladies were buying starbucks coffee mugs as collection As we collect Starbucks mugs around the world. We were left standing in line for 15 minutes while 1 woman is washing dishes and the other making coffee . All good doing the job. But we told them we are Just buying mugs and not coffee and we were still left standing. Then we were told we can ring ourselves out as they are considered merchandise. The minute we left and a handsome guy walk up the woman washing the dishes quickly ran up to serve him while we were tryin to figure out the serve paying machine.You suck starbuck staff at Safeway Starbucks 30 college road.Oh Starbucks managementWhere can we get a Starbucks tall coffee container with Alaska name on it?

I think I came on a bad day the first time. There was a long list of items that weren't available on the front door. The team was super helpful in helping me find a replacement for my usual. The drink was ready fast and it was really good. I came back the next day and the store was fully restocked. Great coffee, great team! Thank you!

I LOVE this Starbucks! I often will order on the app for pick up on my way to work. The Baristas are ALWAYS so sweet, professional & upbeat. When I go in to pick up my drink, I am greeted by one of the team with a cheerful "hello" and when I'm leaving, I am leaving with a "have a nice day!". Thank you Starbucks for having polite, customer service focused Baristas! Keep up the good work!

Consistently closing at times earlier than what's posted on their schedule without any notice to customers, not reliable, if they are understaffed, they need to raise pay to attract more workers and stay competitive.

Just a psa announcement when Starbucks charges your card 3 times when you only ordered once they won’t refund, and the managers are so rude and unprofessional. When you get a drink for you birthday you don’t expect to spend $45 on one drink. And when you ask for a refund they laugh In your face. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Employee didn’t even want to help solve the problem just deny swiping my card 6 different times and charging me.

Apparently it’s okay for Bentley Mall Starbucks to charge your card three different times and refuse to give you a refund. They were very disrespectful and told me that my car declined every single time when in fact they were actually charging me each time. I ended up paying once again with my Apple Pay because they wouldn’t let us leave. Tried disputing with bank but they want to change me $25 per dispute. So either way I’m losing almost $70 on the whole process. Will never return there again.
