Literally the worst customer service ever. So the guy that helped us had a super curly fro never got his name but here is the problem.
I ordered two of the exact same foot longs plans because I'm sharing with my daughter we asked him to go ahead and cut it in half so we could get different veggies and the literally difference was I got cucumbers and she didn't.
I have ordered this sandwich multiple times and just asked them out some veggies on only half the sandwich because my daughter doesn't like them. In the beginning of the order I explained to him that hat I was doing so that we would be charged for two foot longs instead of one foot long and two 6 inches. He never said that it couldn't be done even after.
The. Proceeded to charge me what he wanted when I asked for it to be refunded he told me no they don't do that if we get different veggies:
That was the first issue the second being my daughter politely asked him for the restroom key said thank u and the man never even acknowledged her speak handed her the key and never said a word.
The attitude we got from him was disrespectful and just blatantly rude.
This type of service is disgusting and unnecessary if you hate your job that much find one that doesn't involve customer service!

I usually get a good meal but was totally disappointed in the WalMart subway. I ordered 5 sandwiches and all 5sandwiches were uneatable, the bread was over toasted. Just a very poor meal

I love their cheese steak with pepper jack, all the veggies and chipotle sauce. It's a habit! Consistent. Tasty. Fresh. Hard to beat that. The staff handled a difficult customer so expertly that hardly anyone even noticed: kudos! Nice work!

No staff wore masks. I’ll not be eating here until that changes. You need to protect their customers from an infected employee.
