I understand wanting to get in the halloween spirit but I'm not a fan of fake cobwebs all over the area that holds the food. We showed up with at least two hours left and they were all but out of bread and made another customer wait 5 plus mins with no one else in line, to pay attention to her and tell her that there was only two options of bread, so she left. And when there was no syrup for the drink I wanted, the employees fixed it for me, but let it slip it had been like that since the day prior! And most of the lights were turned off. A family was trying to stay and eat their meal but it was quite dark.

I ordered online for pickup at 7:00, get there at 7:20 because I’m running late and nothing is ready because they “just wanted to catch up on some cleaning”. I’ll definitely pay attention to the location next time.
