Great place, quiet and surprisingly empty for a place that serves excellent food! Large portions and delicious hot licks ice cream for dessert….its really good.Only con is that it closes at 8pm.

Loved the food the ONE time it was open as posted. I have tried 2 more times to eat here during normal business hours and they are randomly just closed.

A lot of food in the plate optionWe ordered one combo (chicken Katsu, chicken teriyaki and ribs ) and it was enough for the 2 of us with left overs.Chicken katsu was the best, really tasty, katsu sauce over the rice amazing too.I’m going back to try shrimp katsu for sure.The service was fast and really friendly!

Love the atmosphere here and at the food truck spot. They’re always friendly, super helpful and fast. I usually just pick up and go home to eat, but it’s just as great as when I dine in.Food is always fresh & so so tasty.Love pretty much everything on the menu, but chicken catsu is my fav.

our first time having a family dinner here, and we were missing the island eats from previous vacations. it was a little tough navigating the menus not being to familiar with all the dishes, but the waitstaff was very helpful and the food was GREAT!!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN!!!

First off this food is hands down absolutely filling and delicious! I’ve ordered from them a couple of times and every time the food is phenomenal and the staff is delightful.

Your food is damn good, and that's the only reason for the 3 stars. Please update this site instead of putting a note on your door. I ordered online, and it never gave me any indication that your main hub is closed for the season. Now I'm going back to work with no food for 4 people, and no time to pick anything else up. Please please update this to save other people from the same problem.

Community Gem! Everybody loved the food. Plates and bowls in copious variety. Design your own fruit drinks and smoothies. Happy decorations. Superior service staff. It adds up to a great time for groups, date night or families. There's even painting classes. Park at Fairbanks Children's Museum and open your heart to Aloha at Suka's!

We stopped by before heading back to Anchorage and this place hit the spot. Food was delicious if your craving a piece of Hawaii, stop here. Definitely coming back when I get the chance.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Sukas was our go to comfort food when we lived in Alaska. The Kotsu bowls are INCREDIBLE. We recently moved to the gulf coast and there’s no Polynesian food anywhere around here. Going to try to make the bowls ourselves haha. If I could afford to fly up to Fairbanks every weekend I definitely would just to grab some Sukas and fly back. The owners are awesome people and the food is awesome.
