The counter service staff seemed to disappear leaving multiple people waiting several times while we waited in line. We waited for maybe five minutes and then were directed to the other seating area next door at the bar, who then directed us to return to the first seating area, assuring we would be attended to post haste, who then ignored us, and we waited to be served. We waited an additional five minutes, for a total of around ten minutes or beyond, and having never been approached with menus or even a greeting since seating ourselves, we departed to seek victuals else where. Also we noticed several other customers who were currently dining in who were never approached by any servers or staff. Cheers

You will get half portions of rice and beans if you order to go. Also had food and evening all out of sorts because the waitress was unable to tell me if my order had been picked up or not. Told me it hadn’t been, I sit around for 40 minutes just to find out the food had been picked up and was wretched by the time I was finally able to get to it and eat. Wild.

Serves bugs and in food, then when confronted the drunk owner yells at teenage kid who found the bug in his food saying how he should handle his own complaints, instead of the mother. Very unprofessional and very dirty practices
