I have been a frequent customer and haven’t had much issues until yesterday. At the drive-thru, my card had been used to pay for someone else’s food instead of mine and I was almost given the wrong order. The difference was only $1.60 but I didn’t want no one to not notice the mix-up so I went inside to tell the employees what had happened. It took awhile for them to find my order because it wasn’t paid for, but I was refunded. I had checked my account today and noticed they only refunded me $13.78. I had paid $14.78 for someone else’s food, refunded $13.78 and then paid $13.18 for my original order. When I had called to tell them the error they made they couldn’t do anything because the system resets everyday. When I had asked if I could make a complaint, they offered a taco coupon which I have to go to the store to receive. Overall the experience wasn’t great and I hope they can pay more attention.
