With no jack in the box up here, this is the next best drunk food. Service always sucks because you can't order at the counter and about 75% of the time, there's soda machines are on the fritz. And defiantly over priced.

Workers were completely unprofessional when my family and I returned for what our bag was missing **cinnabuns, cheesy rolls, and the streak quesadilla roll** as my family and I went back through the drive through they were completely unprofessional calling us names and saying that we where lying about our order and the lady that gave us our order both time acted snobby. The person who I am guessing is the manager or the lead flipped my kids and I off as we were leaving after I confronted them by saying “your window isn’t sound proof”.

Get rid of the A.I. ordering system it doesn't work. Screwed up my order of course. Tried to charge me for a meal I didn't order. Pulled items out of the bag that I didn't want and of course they took the wrong ones. Tomatoes,cheese,meat, sauce all over the inside of the bag and on the food and wrappers... This place has gone massively down hill since Carol stopped managing it..... can't eat in the lobby because its not reliably open..drive through takes forever. Food is super over priced for what it is.. I used to enjoy eating here...lazy sloppy food service at it's finest.

The most bumbling fast food crew in Fairbanks, gave us the wrong drinks (with no straws mind you) and the wrong food, I tried to get one of those new crispy chicken tacos and they gave me a quesadilla, so I went to to try and actually get the food I asked for and they made ANOTHER quesadilla. When I very clearly explained I wanted the crispy chicken tacos they proceeded to make a cantina chicken taco which has a texture I cannot stand. I gave up and left with my very wrong taco. Miserable service.

My wife and I conceived our first born in the drive through. By the time we got our food we’d already missed her first ultra sound appointment! Excellent service.

Food is what you’d expect, it’s a Taco Bell. Staff are polite but they seem chronically understaffed. Typical drive through waits are 20-30 minutes it seems like, never fewer than 3-4 cars in line and often 10+

If you say you are open, then be open. An isolated event I can understand. For the past three weeks I’ve showed up, not minutes but HOURS, before closing and the drive through lane has been closed. I do t go because the food is good, let’s not kid ourselves, it always crap. But atleast it WAS reliable, not anymore. I was ok with I know when and what I’m getting, not ok with never know if or when.

It's taco bell, safe standard across the board when I travel. We just got off our flight and we were starving. Taco bell came to the rescue!
