Taco King serves some of the best fast Mexican food in town, with an incredible staff and a variety of options, including vegetarian dishes. The menu features delicious rice, fantastic beans, and tender Birria. Their shrimp tacos are a must-try, along with the Halibut tacos combo, which some customers wish had more sauce. The fresh, flavorful salsas and beans make every meal satisfying. The attentive and friendly staff deliver food right to the table, providing energetic and speedy service. While the restaurant is in an old, slightly renovated building, the food more than makes up for it. The salsa bar offers various salsas and even sour cream, and the chimichanga, burrito, enchilada plate, and taco with adobada meat are all great. Although some have noted that the dining area could use more detailed cleaning, with dusty booth seating windows and untidy spots, Taco King remains a solid spot for anyone craving Mexican cuisine. The ambiance is family-friendly, with clean floors and tables, and excellent parking. They also provide fabulous catering, with plentiful, delicious food and excellent service at an affordable price. While the chips can sometimes be stale, the quality and quantity of the food are excellent, making it one of the all-time favorite places for many.
