Do not know what happened but I normally order carnitas plate it never came with lettuce on it. Now it do. It is normally seasoned with a little spicy sauce now it is just salty. Rice and beans were not seasoned at all. Not sure why they have fell off

Absolutely the best Mexican/American food in Fairbanks. Prices are reasonable and the service is lightning fast. It's in an old (slightly) renovated burger king and it shows. But the food more than makes up for it. Order anything and you can't go wrong.

I ordered the taco salad, but what they served up looked nothing like the picture on the menu board. (ie: not served in a crunchy shell, no guacamole). It did come with about 10 slightly stale tortilla chips though. The rest of the food was tasty but the portion was small and I stopped at Taco Bell afterwards to pick up something on the way home.

Wonderful, tasty, fresh halibut tacos with beans and rice. Just the right amount for lunch. We loved it!

We stopped here for dinner. Just looking for Mexican cuisine last minute. I ordered the taco salad with beef. It was okay, the cheese, sour cream and Guacamole were nice toppings. My husband ordered the chicken chimichanga. The chicken lacked flavor and seasoning. My sister in law ordered the birria tacos and she liked them but they were falling apart but when she went to use a fork to try and eat them she was unable to cut the with her fork into bite sized pieces. The restaurant itself was very hot. They had the doors open and there were mosquitoes inside. The food was okay but we feel like it was overpriced and would rather go somewhere else next time.

How this place has more than 3 stars I don’t know. It’s a solidly 3 star bland but not terrible mediocre food place. Didn’t leave a tip because, well, it’s my first time there and who tips at a fast food place anyway? Cashier walked to the guy who prepares food and shakes his head. Maybe that’s why it was extra mediocre. Not good enough to go back ever again though.

Enjoyed their Halibut tacos combo. Wish they added more sauce to the tacos though. Horchata was refreshing & on point! They charge a bit more if you pay with card, so keep that in mind. The dining area was a bit untidy & booth seating windows were dusty. Needs some detailed cleaning to keep this place fresh. Energetic staff! Friendly & speedy service. Overall, a solid spot for Mexican cuisine.
