I was quite impressed with this little restaurant. Ordered mixed veggies with chicken. Lots of variety with veggies and all fresh (not frozen). And good proportions of everything. Spice was a little mild but very good. Would visit again

I know what you're thinking. "Huts are for coffee and pizza" not this hut. This is a Thai hut, and it's food is somehow really amazing.

Plenty of food for the price. Might have been expectation but felt my drunken noodles was a bit bland. The other item was fine. Speed of services was outstanding.

Did not enjoy the pad thai, tried my wifes pad mama and loved it. the pad thai was fresh, and hot, but the flavoring was not to my liking. The pad mama was very tasty.

Honestly my favorite place to get Thai! Prices for the entrees are unmatched. Best place to go to price to portion ratio plus my hubby just loves the flavors. They are generous with the spice ?

The food was only okay. It took 45 minutes for them to complete our order. They did give us a free Thai Tea due to our wait. I had the Chicken Pad Thai the portion was large and it was good well. The crab Rangoon has a thick chewy wrapper. It tasted like it was time to change the oil and it should have been set hotter. The dumplings were really good. The ramen was good but not great. If it was craving Thai food I would go back, but I wouldn't crave Thai food based on the meal I had today.

We have picked-up curries with rice from here a few times since moving to Fairbanks; and it is one of our favorites for Thai out of the dozen we have had so far. The owner is very friendly. Her quality of ingredients and taste of food is delicious/constant. Her rice is one of the best from a Thai place here. More traditional sticky rice than some other places that use non sticky type. After coming our first time, she took note of our vehicle and remembered us the second visit, which I think is always nice since it shows she is appreciates her customers. She also makes small talk to get to know us a little better and welcome us to Alaska.

One of the worst pad Thai I have ever had. Flavor was mediocre. Some of the chicken had gone off, and there were no veggies (no green onions even.) after the second chunk of bad chicken that I had to spit out..... I was done.The portion was large and I would give them another chance , with reservations.
