These reviews are BS. Being an Alaskan, I understand the restaurant scene around here. Understaffing and poor quality food are the norm. Do not come into this 6 gate airport restaurant expecting a Michelins star restaurant meal. Every-time I come here (which is frequently - 8-10 times a year) my expectations are exceeded.
I did not catch his name but the beautiful man working the bar around 3 pm today (June 12th) was on his game today. Ordered a dirty martini and it was absolutely perfect. I fly quite often and up until now have not had a dirty martini made well. This one was absolutely perfect. Props to this guy for being on top of it for everyone seated at the bar and the restaurant. Dude is MOVIN’ and multitasking like a mad man. Much appreciated, keep it up man.

Slow slow slow food service, we waited an hour and thirty minutes for 2 burgers and it wasn’t even that busy. Pathetic.
Also my order was incorrect, my burger came on flatbread, no bacon and fries instead of the tots that I ordered. There was also no salt on my fries.

I have eaten here before and things were served and orders taken every time I have been here before. I have flown thru this airport every 6 weeks for over 4 years, and today I sit for 25 minutes and not one person asked if I wanted a drink or food. Finally I get up to leave and stand at the bar to say hey I have been sitting there for 25 minutes and a sign against the wall away from the entrances says see bartender for orders. The whole time I saw them come and ask others if they wanted another drink or how their food was, but ignored me with the menu on the table. One person sat down that was serving had food and a phone call. Why is this the only place to eat in the airport. Pitiful I will not come back here again if I can avoid it.

A horrible experience! There were 8 people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food. We asked for our money back and she said she'd need a manager to do that, no manager. They hurriedly brought it to us. A vending machine would be better. DO NOT DO IT.

It is very sad to see a restaurant full of many people wanting to eat starving, and that this restaurant only has drinks, add to that that only has 1 person serving, preparing drinks because it is the only thing there is, literally this is full of people and there is no food and no one to serve them. It is sad. Please hire more people. And provide quality service or leave.

Cute airport restaurant with very limited staffing and menu options late at night. The sign at the entrance says seat yourself but no one tells you that for food and drinks you need to wait in line at the bar. I seated myself at a table and waited 10 minutes for a server before I saw the line of guests waiting to order at the bar. I then waited in line and found out that all that was left were fried menu items which did not include the Reindeer Chili Cheese Fries because they were out of chili.

Beware! They added $50 to the tip on the credit card charge. Luckily my bank notified me of the 144% tip, allowing me to dispute the charge.

The elder woman waitress is prejudice! She walked by me 3X & I ended up going to register to order she totally ignored me. AND Ive talked to other natives at airport as I have been taking alot of medical trips and they say they are mistreated as well! They need to can her A--!! And please if ur reading this & got mistreated leave a review! Maybe they'll listen & fire her!
