I had a great experience here. I tried the mozzarella sticks and they were hot and tasty. The staff were very friendly!

Not sure what everyone is expecting for an airport bar. I have been in a lot of them, food is fine especially compared to the other option, which is the snack shop, service was

Wouldn’t know if the food was any good because I never got it. Service is terrible.

Quick and great service. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We visited on a Friday evening, it was not so busy. The fish and chips were good while the Margherita flat bread was just fine.

The worst experience I’ve had at an airport no waitress, bad attitudes

Fairbanks has a small airport, which befits the small town that Fairbanks represents. As a result, there are only two airport food and beverage options, other than vending machines. While I was flying out one late afternoon, the coffee shop seemed to be . However, this venue, which serves food as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, was open. The service at the bar was a little slow, although the place was packed with people waiting, which could explain the wait. I had a caesar salad, as well as the reindeer chili, and a few mixed drinks. Everything tasted wonderful, even with a long wait for food and wait for service. The patrons here seemed in a great mood, and I think they just need more people working here. The pricing is at a slight premium, which you would expect from airport locations. I do want to note the ambiance, which was well-lit (appreciated during winter), and very clean.

Food is great - though service is a bit confusing. Be sure to go up to the bar when you're ready to order and let them know where you're sitting.

Food is fine, and not over priced. The service is what’s lacking. They need to hire more wait staff, on person working 20 tables isn’t going to result in good service.I waited for 30 minutes to get service at a table, walked up to the bar to place an order for drinks and was to sit back down, and a server would be with me shortly, they never came. I saw many people get up and leave, some without ever being helped, and worse yet, others who had put in an order, but then the food never came and they had to leave to get on an airplane.I witnessed the one waitress go to the departure gate to try and track someone down who hadn’t paid, probably because they got tired of waiting for the waitress to bring them the bill.

Late Post Sep 23’3.5-5 Other than North Pole Coffee this seemed to be the better choice. Shared breakfast with my partner and it was sufficient, got full but not overly full! It’s a bit odd that you have to order at the bar then get your dish take to the table and if you want something you gotta get back up to ask for it at the bar. I did notice the guy next to us order the same thing but he got more eggs and hash browns… LOL am I that girl, yes I am! (missing a star, work on portions) overall the service was ok – had to wait for the waitress for a cool min who was having breakfast in the back and came out with her mouth full! (Missing Star)

Meh. It’s an airport.Bartender was sweet, staff was kind. Well made drink.Got pepperoni flatbread - reminds me of my kid’s favorite bargain frozen pizza, but 5 times the cost. Soggy crust and limited pepperoni. But Can’t complain, It’s an airport I guess ?‍♀️

Management should be fired. I doubt the owners care since they are the only food service in the airport. From the time I sat at a table that was not clean prior to being greeted was 35 minutes. No acknowledgement from staff. Table was not even clean after I was serviced. I say again, Management should be fired. Nothing else matters when service is spectacularly abysmal.

I guess I should've looked at the reviews before I ordered but, given the lack of choices behind security, I took a chance. You seat yourself; if you want anything, you go to the bar. It took me a few to figure that out. My fault. I ordered grilled turkey sandwich: "grilled turkey, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle spear". The food came out relatively quickly but I asked the waitress if this was my order...she just looked at me and walked away. I asked because what I got was something I could have slapped together at home. Literally, 3 thin slices of turkey like you get at the grocery store; the bargain kind. I had to look for the bacon and no pickle. A handful of lukewarm fries. All for 19.28. What a bargain. Two stars and the bonus star for a place to sit while I wait for my flight.
