Good and drinks were good. Friendly and pleasant employees.
Can't comment on the food but Alexandra the bartender absolutely made the last night of our hard earned vacation worth it. It was undoubtedly busy, but she was hustling with CVS receipt long tickets, handling the bar and two restaurants by her self. To the management, you needs a barback. Several tables were upset with service but as far as I could tell it was a staffing issue, not the employees themselves. Thank you for a fine farewell from Alaska!

With the reviews, I was concerned about eating here. We received a friendly welcome and was seated in the restaurant area (the bar area was loud). Our server was fantastic (sorry I forget her name)! We started with drinks and ordered dinner. The three piece halibut and chips were very good. We also had the chips and salsa. The salsa had a wonderful taste.

very nice place also clean, very tasty food .
Terrible Experience. Room-Temperature Tacos and a $13 steak that could easily fit in a cup. Steak was not tender, and very slow service.
I got annoyed waiting for service here. At one time the barman completely disappeared and I was just told 'he'll be back soon' The beer was good though.
Our group was part of a cruise tour and came into Fairbanks in the middle of the afternoon. While it was 7 PM at home, it was 3 PM here. We were hungry and there weren't many choices of where to eat. Unfortunately, this little bar and grill was too small to handle the number of tourists who arrived to eat. I suggest they open a larger place to have dinner for those who arrive from different time zones. In any case, we did get our meals, which were very good, though my bun was burned. Cost about $50 for my husband and me, tip included.
Staying next door at Pikes Waterfront Lodge, and decided to give the restaurant and bar next door at the Princess Hotel a go, Trackers Bar and Grill, and was not disappointed .... a happening place, with a nice bar and grill area, but I sat up at the bar and was treated like royalty .... While the food was good, the desserts were over the top, so make sure to get that menu at the end of your meal .... bartenders were terrific !

After a long day of travel we needed to get something to eat before bed, and Trackers Bar and Grill was the only thing open. I ordered the grilled salmon sandwich with fries and my wife got the 2 piece fried cod with fries. We both thought the food was okay, nothing special. I would try somewhere else next time. Service was good and the restaurant seemed clean.
Had read an earlier review mentioning this waitress and, given the turnover in wait-staff, was not at all expecting that we would encounter her when we had dinner here. Well, our waitress was so incredibly upbeat and helpful that I wanted to get her name right and, yes, it was the same one! She really made our meal very enjoyable and the food was good too! She suggested that we consider sharing one entree and sharing one dessert...perfect for my husband and me, and less expensive overall.
Rich, delicious clam chowder...very good fish and chips...tender French dip! Apple pie not to my liking however. Great service.
Small bar and cafe inside the Princess hotel. Limited menu but good food. It's in Fairbanks, AK so the prices are a little higher.
