Hit or miss service. Foods kinda the same way. Sometimes it's great, other times, meh. For the price it better be good nearly ALL noyì the time. Which it definitely is not. Staff is overall better than most in town as far as friendliness and professional service. Keep up the good work!

Chicken wrap! Love em. Improvement would be diced tomatoes and sour cream with a dash of salsa. But then the cost would be prohibitive, so good base product. Took it home to add more lettuce and extra ingredients. Two meals for me and DELICIOUS! Do it again and again!

I'm only leaving one star review because of the lady who attempted to run the show. I was dealing with this cool dude. Hooking up my order when somebody started slamming doors on my face. And tell them they're not taking my order.. I just been a $132 to have a door slamming. In my face, we deserve better Fairbanks. What's currently 5 o'clock? It's been about 15 minutes since I made my order..

I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich which is supposed to come with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch. All I got was a chicken sandwich with some ranch on it (not even any tomatoes).Didn't check the food before driving all the way home and I didn't think making the trip back was worth it. :((
The drive thru staff was pleasant. The spicy chicken nuggets were pretty good. The baconator fries did not come out as good as other locations I’ve had them from before…plus the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way.Parking: Very small parking lot, however there is parking over at the movie theatre

Dirty and needs better maintenance on the upkeep of the store. No condiments out for the guests, only thing out was straws.Parking: Horrible set up, especially during busy hours when you dine in and are trying to leave.

The deals are nice, more food for your money, buy not at the expense of bad service.. If the fries are hot it's because you got lucky and arrived at the right time. The mango drink is worth a visit. My advice for the few not so friendly staff, if you don't like your job choose a different career path. A bad attitude is not worth the $4.00 plus tax.
