The wings had this very sour and pungent vinegar sauce that was way too strong and was terrible I asked for bone in which is more expensive and got boneless. I waited an absurdly long time. I was trying to just eat my food and leave and I found a hair in my food. Definitely won't be coming back.

Anthony failed at letting us know about the hour wait before we placed our order. It would’ve been nice to get the heads up. He also offered us the meal that came with a drink and fries. So we ordered 2 meals and all the drinks weren’t working, only water was available. We told him and he just shrugged his shoulders.. he charged us for water practically. Overall Anthony definitely could’ve provided more costumer service. This was my first visit here and I will not be going back. I paid $40 for 2 meals when neither one of them comes with drinks. Oh and to add, 2 parties that came in and ordered AFTER us were served first.

Nice, quick and good. All the words I wouldn’t use to describe this place. As soon I walked into this place I knew it was gonna be a wild ride as I slid all the way from the front door to the register because some people don’t know how to mop properly. Honestly the slippery floors were my favorite part about this place. I ordered wings with fries and a sandwich. 30 minutes after I ordered the sandwich came out. The person with the sandwich slowly ate her sandwich as I waited 35 more minutes for the wings.By the time the wings came out the person had to finish her sandwich or it would be cold. The wings looked as slim and as short as my pinky. If you like scraping meat from bone and paying almost $2 for a small rat looking wing, be my guest. 12 out of 10 would not recommend.

I always ordered from Wings and Things and have given 5 star rating but not any more. Starting with the ordering I was rushed trying to give details on the flavors wanted and to prepay for pickup. This was supposed to have been two orders and was combined to one. Was looking forward to playing Wingo with my mother but there wasn’t even one bingo card in the two separate orders. Then to top it off our food was definitely cooked in old overused oil that tasted nasty and an odd dark brown color with a not so appetizing smell to it. I ordered a 20 piece plain bone in wings and got wings with tons of seasoning on them. I’m reading bad reviews and hating that I had to do one also because something or someone no longer is taking pride in the food. I crave the way your food used to be.

Place is clean and well kept. My service was good menu is a bit overwhelming seems to be in multiple locations. Kids meal for 1 corn dog and only a couple fries seemed over priced my wings have always been good. The cheese curds where fantastic. The location is great because it located by a bunch of shops and you can use Starbucks internet while in wild wings and things. They really need to add beer and they would be like fairbanks version of Buffalo wild wings.

Third time ordering from this place, third time they couldn't fulfill our order as requested. This time we ordered online an hour in advance of when we wanted them, 30 traditional wings. Right as we were leaving to go pick up we got a call that they didn't have traditional/bone-in wings, and would we take boneless? Not our preference, but say ok. 20 min later we arrive to pick them up and they tell us they're not ready, it will be another 15 min. Even though we ordered an hour early, and confirmed 20 min out, they waited until we were there to START the order. Finally we get to eating and they are not recognizable meat. It looks like a white sponge covered in breading and has no chicken flavor. Never ordering there again.

The meat stuff that was inside was not pure chicken but a mix of proceed chicken and breading. Pizza Hut of all place has better wings then this place. 28 mins before my order got to the table. For us we ate 2 pieces of the 20 and left it on the table and walked out.

Gave me the wrong order, went back to the store. Waited 20 minutes then they told me they’re just starting my order again. Handed me another wrong order so min later. Gave it back, then they poorly slapped the right sauce on the old wings then gave it to me, didn’t notice till I got home. Then to add injury to insult they gave me 9, raw chicken wings. Seriously? 5 year olds can cook better than that. Lousy cook. Go else where with your business.

I ordered chicken and a sampler. The child at the front counter took my order incorrectly and I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already home. When I drove back, the found my receipt and told me the order wasn’t taken correctly. If I would have been given a receipt after I ordered I hopefully would have seen the error and said something before leaving. In the end my chicken and fries at home were cold by the time I got back when the sampler I had to order.While I was waiting with my husband, The young employees you have working there, were being a bit inappropriate. The one with the ‘Virginity Rocks’ sweater said she was looking at the most unethical employee( the one with the roses mask) and flipped her off. When she saw that I had noticed she giggled with her friends/co workers. If I wasn’t in the store I can see them acting this way but not while you have paying customers there.I don’t think I was ever apologized to by the one who originally took the order incorrectly. ?I suppose I would have like to see some better customer service here, the employees you have now are extremely childish and it’s super unfortunate since the food is pretty yummy!Sorry to have to down talk this place but in a small town the customer service really counts, ya know?
