If you think you know good nachos, think again. These are next-level. Hands down, the best nachos I’ve ever had!

Went here on a whim because it was advertised when we were looking for local restaurants to have lunch at, and I'm so glad we did! Our server was super sweet. The food was fast and fresh. The fries were soooo crispy. They were amazing! The restaurant was on the second floor, and there is an elevator nearby for those who need it. The restaurant itself was beautiful. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet lunch and some yummy food.

Three of us had dinner there. We ordered at about 5:45. Our food was delivered at about 6:30. We had plans for an event that started at 7:00. The only food that was well-prepared was a salad. The taquitos were soggy on the bottom. The sandwich was dried out and unappetizing. It looked like the food sat out for delivery for a long time. The service was slow but that was not the fault of the two servers/bartenders. They were working hard and doing the best they could in a full restaurant. Do better Zach’s!

The pulled pork taquitos are amazing! I'm a lightweight when it comes to spicy, and these made my nose run a bit, but totally worth it! The bourbon pecan bread pudding was pretty good too.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zach's Restaurant, and the experience was simply wonderful. We started with the house salad and soups, which were incredibly flavorful and had that homemade taste that reminds you of mom's cooking. Our server, Stephanie, was exceptional—always attentive and friendly, making our time there even more enjoyable. For the main course, we ordered the hamburger and fries, and I can confidently say it was the best burger I've had in a long time! Juicy and full of flavor, it exceeded all my expectations. This was definitely the best dining experience I've had in Fairbanks. I highly recommend Zach's Restaurant to anyone visiting the city; you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!

I had a great time, but there were only 2 waitresses for the whole bar/restaurant area on a Friday night. The same two were mixing cocktails, attending tables and going for the food (that is in the restaurant area) apparently they don't have a way to know if some of the dishes are ready so they need to leave the bar area and walk to the restaurant area and see if something is ready, I notice sometimes no thing was ready so they returned back with empty cart losing time to attending more effectively the tables waiting for drinks or taking the orders. Obviously the service was extremely slow, the waitress was apologizing over and over. I know this is not the personnel fault but the manager or owner need to realize that people deserve better. The place is nice and also the food was good to get a little bit frustrated for this kind of details.

Fairbanks fancy! This tucked away gem was a great choice for dinner. The main restaurant was closed for the evening, so I had dinner in the bar/library lounge. The setting was really cool and the food was great and the fish was cooked to perfection! The staff were very accommodating of my requests and checked on me frequently but not too much to be interruptive. Would definitely recommend!
