Ate at the Hightower Pub for breakfast on our stay in Girdwood. All the food we ordered was delicious and portions were big; eggs, pancakes, omelets, breakfast sandwich and breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes were some of the best we have ever had. Highly recommend if you are staying in Girdwood.

To start the atmosphere of this place was great, bright and welcoming with small town charm. The staff were all friendly. You could tell each of them enjoyed being there and their interactions with each other made it apparent that they are a great team and friends. The coffee was perfect. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the breakfast bowl and huevos rancheros, both featuring the most perfectly cooked potatoes. The sauces of each were so tasty. The portions were satisfying and the flavor was incredible.This place deserves 10 stars. Hightower Pub was the best dining experience my husband and I had in Alaska.

We stopped here for breakfast and it was sooooo good!! The omelette and the pancakes are amazing! To top it off the people that work here are so warm and welcoming. This place is a must if you stay in Girdwood.
Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve had at a restaurant. For real. The outside of the place doesn’t look like much, but that’s probably bc they’re busy inside making good food. Husband had a cheesesteak. It’s chopped, not shaved. He said it was great. Good fries, too.

I almost am hesitant to give such a positive review, but it wouldn't be far not to recognize the Hightower Pub and the staff. Everything and everyone at the restaurant was 5+. The food was awesome! The portions were above average and the quality was just as good. The service, was completely positive and the atmosphere was also great. I will go out of my way to stop here again.
