“This brewery has the best beer in Alaska maybe the country. I recommend "No woman no cry" had it about 5years ago, just as good today as it was back then. I be back!!! Food truck was a little lacking but I'm super picky.”
“Holy cow...what a place. The food is impeccable, the staff is friendly and the owner is amazing. The wine list is eclectic with lots of options and the owner is quite knowledgeable about options and food pairings. Seating capacity is about 25, and the menu changes with some regularity based on season. The deserts are off the charts (made by a Bulgarian chef with excellent taste). 10 out of 10 would go again!!!”
“What a great experience! The food was excellent and the staff was really attentive. Prices are high-end, but the quality of the food is quite good. The menu is rotational and limited, however, they offer vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes, as well as good pasta. The beet and burratta salad was delicious! The BipBimPop dish was large and tasty also.”
“Had stopped here before, but it seems like new management has taken over and they are so sweet and running the place smoothly. They have an amazing little coffee shop inside that's delicious.”
“The sushi far exceeded expectations. Chef's special consisted of several different types of artisanal rolls and nigiri made with fresh fish. Can't recommend this place enough. Fun, local atmosphere with live music. Amazing place to eat and wind down after a day of skiing :)”
“The Double Musky Inn in Alaska offers a cozy ambiance paired with exceptional cuisine. Their fettuccine alfredo pasta is a delightful masterpiece, rich and creamy with perfectly cooked pasta. The flavors are balanced, leaving a lasting impression. Combined with friendly service and a charming atmosphere, dining here is an unforgettable experience.”
“I highly recommend the jalapeño popper pizza. Food orgasm waiting to happen. Jen was super nice and just friendly in general. It's definitely worth a return trip, again and again.”
“Great spot for dinner at Hotel Alyeska. It's a small restaurant, so call ahead for a reservation. Luckily, we are staying at the hotel and they texted us when our table was ready. There is a large table that seats about 20 in the middle of the restaurant. Everyone shares the table. I'd rather have a little privacy while I eat with my family, but it's a small restaurant and you have to make do with what you have.We got:Edamame - They were really good. Definitely enough for my daughter, wife, and me to share.Ramen - The picture of the Ramen in the elevator looked prettier than what I got, but it was still very good. Highly recommend it.Black Cod - This was really good. Surprisingly, it was a very large piece and not expensive at all. I'm getting this if we ever come back.White King Salmon nigiri - It was OK. I would not get this again.”
“My husband and I ate here for lunch while visiting the Girdwood Brewery. They were out of chicken when we ordered, so we had to get the beef and lamb kebab wrap. It was yummy! It took a bit for the food to come out, but the wait wasn't too bad, especially because we had our small flight of beer to drink as we waited by the firepit. The beef and lamb kebab was very flavorful, and I liked the texture of the meat in each bite.”
“What a wonderful experience, This was our second time here, and it did not disappoint. After a wonderful series of Cold plunges, sauna and hot pools, we stopped in for drinks and food. We couldn’t have been more happy with the hospitality. I can’t remember their names, but the mustache man and the sticker girl were phenomenal. They couldn’t have provided a more pleasant experience and we can’t wait to come back over and over again.”
“amazing service, great pitchers of beer, but the worst sticky toffee pudding of my life. dry, dense, no ice cream, cold, and disgusting. the grilled cheese was great! the fries are amazing, fire and ice is good, the winter warmers are lovely, and the staff are the sweetest ever!”
“We were heading back from Alyeska and wanted a quick snack, so we stopped here. So glad we did! Great croissant sandwiches, cookies, and apple fritter! Also, I highly recommend the Alpine Latte! Unfortunately, there's no place to sit and eat, but well worth stopping for take out.”
“Great coffee. Friendly baristas. Good place to grab a quick breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich or a slice of pizza for lunch. It’s located right inside Alyeska resort lodge just inside from the tram.”
“What an amazing experience! The food was amazing, the view was amazing, and the drinks were amazing. Such a cool experience taking the ski lift all the way up the snowy mountain.”
“This was our favorite restaurant in Girdwood. The chowder is out of this world good. The poke bowls were good portions - pro-tip: ask for a side of the cajun pasta sauce to mix into the poke bowl. The cajun pasta was also excellent, as was the hummus plate and the salmon cream cheese. We didn't try the crab plates but they looked amazing. Very friendly and accommodating staff, we really felt like locals here. I don't think I would recommend this place to pure vegetarians as the non-meat options are mainly seafood based.”
