Jack Sprat is always the highlight of our trips to Girdwood. Fresh ingredients, incredible creativity, and a true understanding of seasoning turn every meal into a fun culinary adventure. The service is consistently wonderful, friendly people who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the food is simply divine. I’m still dreaming about the poblano aioli. It’s one of those places that keeps us coming back again and again.
I just wanted to tell you how much my son and I loved your restaurant. I mean the location, decor, ambience and coziness alone would make us want to eat in your restaurant daily. However, the food blew us away! Absolutely incredible and so delicious! Hard for us to find local restaurants that cater to us(vegetarians) and the rest of our extended family (meatatarians). I visited this restaurant 3 times and will not be returning because of the horrible service on my last visit. Very disappointing seeing as this place has a lot of potential in terms of a cute building and overall nice decor (rooms have some differences between them but are overall a casual upscale mountain type style).
