This is our favorite restaurant not only in Girdwood but in the greater Anchorage area. Very cozy space with great food and drinks. The menu is very celiac-friendly but it doesn’t feel forced.Dietary restrictions: Lots of good gluten-free options
We went after skiing and while there was a wait, they had a bar with heaters outside which was nice. We got the steak, basta pasta, and the peanut pan. All tasted amazing. Along with the cheesecakes, again, amazing. Our waitress was also very personable, funny, knowledgeable. Oh, I forgot the appetizers were very surprising and was glad we got them based on our waitress’s recommendation. All around awesome experience with a Mountain View. What a great experience! The food was excellent and the staff was really attentive. Prices are high-end, but the quality of the food is quite good. The menu is rotational and limited, however, they offer vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes, as well as good pasta. The beet and burratta salad was delicious! The BipBimPop dish was large and tasty also.
