I grew up in New Mexico and will go out of my way to stop at Blue Ristra. Super fast and very friendly service, and such amazing, authentic chile added to some more unique/modern dishes.
SO delicious!!! The pozole was phenomenal! Definitely a must have!
Best food truck food I have ever had! The staff was super nice as well! Would highly recommend the pickle burger if you like spicy food and the slammer was amazing too- good if you like Mexican style food. I would give them 10 out of 10!
