“Come tonight for the 5pm service. There was a hiccup with the seating but the server was amazing and so accommodating. The food was wonderful and the bread was to die for. The soup was sooo good and honestly everything was amazing. Most thanks to the server she was so sweet.”

HUGE burgers with generous amounts of toppings on BOTH sides of the patties. Messy in the best way, absolutely fantastic. Also made several burgers in a short amount of time for my family. Price is reasonable once you see the food! Worth every dime and mile spent.”

“Absolutely every aspect of our experience was amazing. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The Solstice acai bowl was full of fresh ingredients and delicious, and the full coffee/espresso bar did not disappoint. You guys really knocked out of of the park. Can't wait to come back. “I've been several times and the service has always been friendly and genuine. This is my go-to establishment for small town Alaska vibe, reminds me of home. I haven't tried the food yet but it smelled like they were putting an excellent char on the burgers.”

“I’ve tried all of the chicken sandwiches out there. Spicy/regular of: Chick-fil-a, Wendy’s, etc. all who claimed to have the best out there. Each chicken sandwich I’ve ordered from this place ranks 1st among any of those National chains and is consistently cooked/presented well. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for top quality chicken sandwiches. Side note: In my hubris I decided to order the extra spicy chicken sandwich, as I am not one to shy away from spicy foods. Grilled habaneros are a favorite appetizer of mine for bbqs. But this extra spicy chicken sandwich within one bite made me realize this was not a slightly spicier version of my usual order. Oh no- no no no indeed. I paid for my hubris by sweating profusely and needing several more napkins and a large iced water to keep me from over heating. That being said, the flavor was on point and the sandwich was very delicious. The heat wasn’t too much of a building heat and did calm down so I could finish my meal. I’d say whatever they’re using seems like a vinegar based sauce, as the heat was intense with the physically hot chicken (not over cooked or anything, you get the idea). Warning: if you like spicy food, I’d highly recommend giving this a try (add cheese and extra pickles though, it’s gonna be a ride).”

“It was our first time here today & my torta de carnitas was perfect! I felt like I was back home! Chilè de Arbol sauce on my sandwich was a diamond on top! Albondigas soup was exquisite & just like abuelita used to make! I’m considering moving to Palmer so I don’t have to drive 2 & 1/2 hours every Friday & Saturday for my carnitas fix! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“The service was excellent as soon as I walked in the door. After I sat down, the waitress offered for me to put my order in ahead of a large group she was helping. I asked what she recommended and went with one of the options she gave. The food came out extremely quickly, and she told me that if I didn't like it, I could order something else and it would be on the house. No need for that because it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Love having fun creating. The ladies that work there are so sweet. The classes offered are so fun. The instructors are probably the kindest people I've met. I love spending my free time having a coffee and letting my creativity run free...I love that there is projects that take zero brain power and projects that can take hours. I never feel rushed.
