Delicious beer and good atmosphere
This is my favorite brewery in the world! The staff is always kind, patient, funny, and informative. My love for sours started here! I miss living in Alaska but whenever I move back this will be my first stop! Delicious beer, great staff, and amazing mountain views!
Great merch, great atmosphere! Love the seltzer option for gluten-free folks! Love hanging outside with the dogs and trying out the different food trucks. My husband loves the IPA.

Girdwood Brewing Company offers some of the best beer in Alaska, including the popular "No woman no cry" brew. The brewery has a friendly staff and a relaxed, funky, hipster atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the apri-ski vibe. Visitors can relax outside in the sun or under a tent by a small FirePit while sipping on great beers or sampling from two food trucks, like HIGH FIVE HAND PIES and a pizza truck, which provide delicious options for those with munchies. The place is very clean, with plenty of parking, making it convenient during visits from Anchorage or Girdwood. The outdoor seating area is popular, especially with ski bunnies and locals, and the friendly staff often let guests sample beers before buying. Besides excellent beer, the brewery sells cool apparel that has a high-quality look. It’s a lively spot for good beer, friendly conversations, and fun atmosphere, with lots of “swag” to buy and a welcoming vibe that makes each visit enjoyable.
