I love real ice cream and get ice cream in pretty every state I visit. The Ice Cream Shop is always near the top if not the cream of the top. Consistently awesome no matter what day or time of the year. The Alaska Wildberry is my fav and my kids love the Carmel caribou and coffee flavors. Must stop and enjoy.
I had a large waffle cone with rocky road and banana cream pie ice cream; my husband had a dish with cookies and cream and moose tracks ice cream. They were all delicious, but the banana cream pie flavor, which is made in house, was extraordinary. The folks working there were very pleasant and helpful and we did get a taste of their fire weed and honey ice cream, which tasted pretty good and is definitely an unusual flavor.
