what's not to love. friendly and good drinks and food.
The wait is astronomically long, like 20 minutes for a latte.

Spruce Burl Espresso and Crepery is a great stop on the way into Anchorage, located in Glennallen in the middle of nowhere. The coffee is AMAZING, with a 12oz Americano that is very good and a bit cheaper than Starbucks. The food is delicious and well worth its value, though there might be a wait for quality. The bagel sandwich and crepe are refreshing and quality. The crepe stuffed with sausage, spinach, onions and mushrooms is surprisingly delicious, and the nuttella & marshmallow crepe is a great dessert to share. The breakfast burritos are very filling, and the Reindeer sausage panini with mushrooms peppers mozzarella and pesto sauce is 5 star food out of a coffee shack. This locally owned and operated spot offers yummy chocolate shakes, locally baked bread for their paninis, and many coffee options. It is a great drive thru food place between Valdez and Anchorage.
