We went out to eat dinner one night at this place and were expecting good fish and food. Right as we entered the restaurant we waited for a waiter to come and give us a table for at least 5 minutes. We had to get our own menus! We finally sat down and noticed how slow everything was. We got water 10 minutes after sitting down and ordered food. We constantly were waiting and wondering where our food was. After 1 hour of dreadful the food finally came. At that point we were not even hungry anymore. To add on to everything the fish that we ordered was cold. We paid so much money and waited so long for cold fish! Unbelievable! Save your self a lot time, happiness and money by avoiding this place

I would highly not recommend this place. My family and I came here and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for food. Despite the long wait our food was cold and not the best. The staff weren’t too friendly either. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Mediocre at best. Stood waiting for a table for like 10 minutes (not bad) but wasn't even welcomed or talked to at all prior, just walked right past multiple times until finally someone left and we were seated. Then waited probably 15 minutes to order food and another at least 45 minutes or more to get our food. We only ordered chicken strips with fries and a bowl of mac n cheese. They barely had the windows cracked and it was 70+° outside, so extra hot and stuffy inside, made me feel sick. Don't go if you're in a rush. I watched multiple tables of people walk out and tables not even get attention for 30+ minutes at a time. The waitress was very kind, but it seemed like they were severely understaffed, creating an unwelcoming environment to want to sit and wait that long to eat.

Christie took very good care of us and was a one woman server, cashier and bar tender. We just made it before she started telling folks there would be a long wait to be seated. David she was at capacity. Maybe half the tables were occupied but she knows her limits and didn’t over extend herself so we got good attention. We got our food very fast and only slight delay taking our order. She thanked us for our patience which is always nice to be acknowledged. Christie hustled and is very experienced. She kept her sense of humor, was efficient but not stressed and friendly with everyone. The bar was closed for some reason and she was also the bartender. Had the halibut and chips and they were fresh but pretty average, thin standard batter with not much flavor so the fish was the star which we like. Grease was minimal. Fries were average and also not greasy. We would definitely return for Christie and the halibut. In my opinion would be better for everyone to have more than one server.

Got chicken tenders, they were not chicken tenders, The waitress was so rude. Took extremely long to get 3 things, Ketchup looks like tomato sauce, and fries were soggy. DO NOT GO

When we asked how much longer it would be our waitress said “do you have somewhere to be or something?”. Food was nasty. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time.
Good service at the bar. Tiffany was a great bartender! Delicious seafood chowder and Alaska beer!

Traveling through Alaska from NY and stopped at this restaurant for dinner. It was great! I had the most delicious macaroni and cheese that I've ever had in my life! Wow! Hubby had the bison burger which was good. He really loved the seafood chowder. Christy was our server and she was wonderful. I highly recommend this place! And do yourself a favor and order the mac and cheese @
