“We stopped in for Lunch and a sweet roll. Very warm and nice reception. They brought menus and water right away. We got our meals very quickly and it was very good. I have tried a lot of sweet rolls and this one was one of the largest and best we have had. I liked the place so much we came back for dinner and a sweet roll again a few nights later. Again, great warm service, quick meals and very good food. Their prices are a bit high but all food is expensive in Haines. They only have a couple of months to make their money so all restaurants are expensive. The were not really higher than most restaurants in town. We will come back next year when we are in town.”

“Fun place to stop in Haines for a beer. If you are a fan of high IBU in am IPA then DMMDI is your go to. Would have given 5 stars if they offered small tastes so you could get a chance to decide on the right beer.
