I ate lunch here one day, breakfast another. The Halibut Taco salad was an interesting way to serve halibut but I really enjoyed it. The taco bowl was a bit greasy but the meal hit the spot for me after a long drive. I had breakfast here a couple of days later, good veggie omelette and coffee. Service was great. I enjoyed learning about the history of the restaurant. Overall, two pleasant (if not outstanding) meals and very glad I came.
Very unassuming place, amazing halibut sandwich and some of the best fish and chips I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and attentive even though additional staff was late. Very well priced for the quality.

My daughter and I went to this establishment during a cruise stop in Haines, AK. We were told by someone that the facility used to be a brothel so my daughter (age 29) and I thought it would be a hoot to have a drink there. Two big thumbs up for the waitress who served our drinks and engaged us in a little conversation and the bartender.
