Yummy Cod fish and chips, good price

Stopped in to meet some friends, we didn't order lunch so I was just picking through whatever they had. It tasted good going down, but it did not taste good coming up several hours later. Not sure if it was the oil or what but I'll be off fish and chips for the foreseeable future.

Awesome Cod fish n chips!! Some of the nest I've ever had and I promise I've had alot!! Definitely a great light lunch while sightseeing today!! Plus the view is spectacular!

Boardwalk fish and chips was recommended to us by a local so we gave it a try. We had a very pleasant experience. The food was good. It was my first time having halibut and I definitely will be ordering it again. Very delicious piece of fish. Not sure what kind of dressing was on the salad, but boy was it good. My wife enjoyed her meal as well, so a great evening out with a delicious meal and wonderful views out the window. If you are ever in Homer, Alaska, be sure to visit Boardwalk fish and chips on Homer spit you will be glad you did.

We went to eat here as we saw long lines so we thought the food would be amazing. I ordered clam chowder and I guess it could be called clam chowder because there was one tiny clam. The rest of our was potatoes and celery. The oyster crackers I dumped in it were the best part. It was just really watery. (The day before we ate at a different restaurant and the clam chowder was full of clams for the same price.) My husband ordered the halibut fish on a stick and loved it. I had a couple of bites and I agree, it was delicious. We both ordered coleslaw. It is bagged coleslaw with a little dressing. Again, a disappointment since the restaurant we went to the day before had fantastic homemade coleslaw. There is a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of seating inside. If you order the fish and nothing else, you will be fine eating here.

The breading was so good and the cod was so fresh. Definitely a delicious spot on the Spit. Great view of the water.
