Was always my favorite place other than a strange situation a few months ago. I was starving on a my short lunch break. I don't eat meat and paid (with tip) for a breakfast bagel with a request to omit the ham. I waited about 20 minutes to be informed that the cook relayed a message to me they can't make my request because omitting the ham was something they couldn't do for me. I said, 'ok, how about just a bagel with egg and cheese? Server shook her head and said they couldn't do that either. So I asked for a bagel with just cream cheese, she shook her head. I asked for a toasted bagel with butter? She was apologetic and said the cook couldn't do that for me either. I asked for a swap, anything to put in my stomach and it looked like it was out of her hands so I left because I was in a hurry and had to finish my shift on an empty stomach. When I drive by CC to this day, I can't help but remember that there's a meal there that I paid for.

We tried this place on our first day in Homer. When we walked in, it was definitely a stuffy, uninviting atmosphere, no welcome, or good morning or even a smile (That in itself should've been enough to tell us to try some place else) . We didn't know whether to sit or be shown to a table, to order first or not. I hope it was just an off day for the staff behind the counter because they were short and not very friendly. Well, when we didn't see a sign that said wait to be seated, we sat. After sitting a while with no service, my husband went up to the front and asked if we were supposed to order first. The girl said yes. So we proceeded to order. This little place touted to have the best biscuits in Homer, so that's what we ordered along with coffee. I wouldn't go back and really wouldn't recommend it because there are plenty of other local places that are happy to have you visit as well as spend your money there, with much better food and coffee.

Most consistent coffee I have found in this area, good food, atmosphere and service.

Parking: Tighter area of town, may be a little harder to maneuver and park with larger vehicles. In which case you can walk to it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open dining area, the door threshold is not bad but a slight consideration for coming in

Best biscuits and gravy I think I have ever had. Their fresh made sourdough is a must take home.

I ask what type of Sausage they told me pork. Duh..they gave me my food it has eggs in it i didnt order it with eggs after i drove all the way home. I called and they said come back and they would give me another one. They gave me a sausage biscuit however its not what I had ordered. Then they wanted my food back. I threw it away why do they want it back. Very poor service. Also I'm handicap and they are folks parking in handicap ♿️ with no permanent. What's up with that. I will not be going there again.

Wonderful place for coffee and food. It is also a nice place to meet up with friends. They sell fresh sourdough bread after 3.

We enjoyed the Alaskan chai latte and the breakfast egg and cheese biscuit. They were so busy on Sunday, but did a great job of still providing fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is pretty laidback.

I was really excited to try this place based on the reviews, but I have to say- we were not impressed. Got some vanilla lattes that tasted burnt and bitter, and the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. The burrito lacked flavor, and the cinnamon roll was hard. The service was also lackluster, not very friendly.

Just got here from AZ, and have visited this restaurant twice already. The food is excellent, staff is friendly, and big servings too.
