It's November now. I had some fish processed and packaged here in July. I fried some today. It tasted every bit as fresh as the day it was caught. They do a great job of processing and packaging your fish. I couldn't help but think of them when I was eating it today.I'm quite a bit tardy in acknowledging that they also were very accommodating in processing my fish and making it available before normal business hours the next morning to facilitate my early departure from Homer.Thank you so much. Great job! Much appreciated.

HOMER FISH PROCESSING is an awesome company that stands behind their service 100% Fish we caught in Homer showed up in Sturgeon Lake the next day they shipped it, frozen and delicious. Thanks again

Met us at the dock to pick up my fish and get information, gave card with their number and my reference number . Called the next day to make arrangements for shipping. I received message that fish would arrive today, and it did. The packaging from the fillets to boxing was excellent. Great experience and service

For catching our limit on Rockfish on both our charters, we're not sure where all our filets went. Had a "bonus fish" of cod but never received it. Questioning whether we received all our Halibut. We will never process our fish here again.

Didn't have much choice using this company as our fishing charter (Maverick) already had Homer Fish Processing totes on board to divvy up everyone's catch at the end of the day. I was skeptical given the reviews I'd seen prior to our trip. Ends up people are right. First, we asked for the packages to be labeled when we got to the dock, as we caught multiple types of salmon. They put the request to label the bags on the tag that went with the fish to the processor that night, then the next day we opted to go into the shop to provide shipping addresses and had them confirm that they would mark the bags. My overnighted package arrived with some fish partially defrosted. The package of roughly 16lbs of fish had only two small ice packs. Not sufficient apparently. Lastly, I'm not sure we got any fish cheeks, though I watched our charter's mate remove them and put them in the bin. It doesn't appear that I received any. Bummer, especially for how much they charged to prepare and ship the fish.

The price was reasonable for Homer, the packaging was as asked for (1lb portions) with skin on, and my catch was ready on time and the expected amount. The staff was friendly on the dock and at pick-up and I even got a recipe tip from the cashier. I’d bring my fish here again.

BEWARE! We were excepting another fish processing company to meet us on the dock. We got 25 lbs of fillets from about 60 or more lbs of halibut. Not even 50%.

Great, professional service, have a same day option and prices were expensive but better than I thought it would be. So worth it if you’re in a rush and don’t have time to filet. They also even have an option to ship there from the store. I had mine vaccum sealed and flash frozen.

Took them our halibut for processing wanted skin off. Back in utah and they left all the skin on. Super frustrating….

We filled out a tag for our fish when we got off the boat on how we wanted it processed, skin off in 1# bags. When it arrived after being shipped, we have no idea what is in each bag as the bags are not marked, skin was left on and in many bags, there is way more than 1# of fish. Now, we're not even sure we got what we fished for, halibut, cod and rock fish because it all looks the same. You would think that for what they charge, they would at least mark the bags.Update: After talking to Homer Processing, it seems there was a disconnect in how the fish was to be processed and not entirely their fault. But they did make it right and offered a partial refund.

Homer Fish Processing is awesome. I am amazed that they can keep everyone's fish organized. We caught over 150 lbs of Halibut, Cod and Salmon fillets over a three week period. They were able to divide the fish and ship to PA and FL. The fish arrived hard as nails even in a heat warning. The staff could not have been nicer, even though they are working 24/7. I would highly recommend.

Homer fish Processing did a great job for our group! we had them vaccum seal, portion, split 11 ways and ship the fish! everyone in the party was impressed! first class! thank you!

Fish arrived fully thawed. Paid for 2 ice packs, but only 1 was in the box. Fish were not vacuum sealed and had air in the thawed packs. Several packs leaked fish juice everywhere in the box
