Service was very slow in the drive through. Person on intercom taking order kept asking anything else in a rude tone of voice. My wife went inside to use the restroom and heard the employees cussing so loudly you could hear it in the lobby. Food was typical, service and crew needs training in customer service.

When we went to the Homer McDonald's expect a big wait for the cashier to notice you because she has her back turned to the kitchen and ignores people at the front order area !! We told her we want fresh fries and not the ones sitting there because of a previous order !! Another older lady ordered coffee which was not very good she said and wanted another and the lady didn't offer her a refill just had a bad attitude instead of giving her another order and we had to wait a damn 10 mins for our order !!

The worker was awesome he was attentive and helped us save a couple bucks. But they never have ice cream. And there service is SUPER SUPER SLOW. along with there food. I have gotten my friend cold 3 times now. It's getting old. (No pun intended.)🤠so good luck when you go there it's a toss up.

Never in my life have I waited so long for a medium fry
Their lobby is closed for remodeling so drive through only. After I got home, found out the items were labeled what I ordered, but not the right burgers. I didn’t want to go back and wait another 20 minutes in line so I tried to leave feedback… which is impossible without the store number, on the paper receipt I didn’t get because I ordered on the app and that receipt doesn’t have the store number. Not worth it.

All around not a great experience. They forgot all 5 drinks, so I had to wait for those. The sweet tea was actually unsweet tea and the wrong size. Then they had us wait at least 10 mins in the waiting parking spot for a coffee, which was so bad it was completely undrinkable. Then, the food was all terrible even for McDonald's food. Chicken nuggets were extremely dry and old tasting. Burger had no sauce. Didn't get out chicken nugget sauces.
