This was the worst Starbucks of my life. I ordered a black tea and was served a tea without a teabag that was so bitter it was un drinkable. I asked if there was honey available and the answer was “yes, but I don’t know where it is”.

Horrible experience. Barista looked at me like I was crazy for requesting strawberry cold foam and was quite rude about not being able to do that. Ordered a matcha and London fog and both were horrible, I don’t think barista had any idea what she was doing. All the matcha power was in a pile at the bottom of the cup.

We waited for over 15 minutes after opening for a barista and no one ever came.. we even had the gal at self-checkout page and still no one.

I refuse to use this starbucks, so much so that I threw out a gift card rather than go anywhere near this place. The workers (and manager!) are horrifically disrespectful and aggressive, not just to me. As someone who works with the general public all day, I take bad reviews with a grain of salt because I know it's usually the crazy customer not telling the full story, but I assure you all incidents are uncalled for and genuinely hurtful. I am a quiet polite person and have been shouted at and even asked to leave out of the blue. It sounds made up, but trust me, as someone with bad social anxiety I've ran through the memories many times to figure out what on earth I did. But clearly it isn't a me issue when they start doing the same freak-outs on other polite customers. I don't know if it's some kind of trendy horrible prank and thats why they shout, so that everyone nearby looks and thinks that customer must be being terrible to the "poor starbucks workers"? Now I only go to Coops Coffee down East End, where I don't leave wanting to throw up from anxiety and upset!

Terrible coffee and the wait time is ridiculous over 15 min for a tasteless mocha and a plain cup of burnt frensh roast . Never again. I swear I had better at gas stations.

The variety of cups/mugs/tumblers is shockingly abundant compared with any shop in the lower 48 I've every been to.
It’s a Starbucks in a small town! Things will run out but that’s okay. Great selection of tumblrs and mugs. Don’t even get me started on the staff they are all so sweet especially the manager☕️??

Skip this place and find a local shop. Horrible service and average coffee that wasn't really hot. If you like getting disappointed, go to staryucks.
Great service. Always.

Great service. Always.
Not always open due to help problems. When they are, the help is very friendly and responsive. The coffee taste s good, but always seems cold after adding cream. This seems to be the way at all of them.

9 out of 10 times they don't have cold brew, despite the signs advertising it. Even with 3 people's working they can't make it? Or they don't make it right if they do have it (no ice, no foam) staff usually seems confused, rude or on their phone. Been given stale food....we give up. Just plenty of reminders to support the local coffee shops
