Sweetgale Meadworks & Cider House

We had the tasting flight (a taste of everything on draft). Camille was so friendly and pleasant to us. She represents the establishment very well. My husband loves breweries and I've spent so many hours with him in those. He chose this spot to please me. I had a wonderful experience.

Delicious wine and mead, great spot for a flight to try lots of delicious options! Charming ambiance as well. We had the pleasure of being helped by Camille, she was friendly & knowledgeable and we loved chatting with her.

Visited a few times when I staying down the street. Very good meads and tasty cider. I thought the woman working was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I preferred the dryer meads, I think the blackcurrant mead was my favorite. The nagoonberry was unique and very sweet, a pleasant surprise for sure. I thought the cider pours could’ve been heavier compared to the mead. Overall, this was a cute and rad place, central to most of Homer.

Friendly staff and nice selection of mead, wines and cider. Definitely worth a visit!

Such a cute place with a wide range of drinks for everyone! Make sure you try the rhubarb wine! We tried a flight and even loved the mulled wine.

The tasting flat is a really great deal. Lots of fun. Great little date idea.

A very nice cider in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing mead. The mulled blueberry was like a ripe blueberry wrapped in a warm hug of spices. 15/11 stars.

This place is great. What are you doing, visiting Homer and not coming here? Is it your goal to live a life of regret? No regerts. This place is incredible

Fun little locally owned shop w cute tasting room. Great variety of local flavors. Would be awesome to see this gem stick around bc it's a nice add to the community.

Really comfortable atmosphere and the lady that served us was super friendly and knowledgeable. We tried pretty much all of the mead on the menu as well as the kombucha. I don't generally prefer sweet wine or alcoholic beverages but I enjoyed the tastings and am glad that I visited for the opportunity.

Such a fun experience. Tried 10 different meads & ciders. Setting is perfect - sat out on patio and Jason gave us lots of info on how the bees are maintained. Very interesting and some were very tasty
