What an unexpected surprise in an out of the way remote location. Possibly the best Halibut taco I have ever had. Texas folks working the tourist trade in Hoonah, Alaska. The tortillas was soft and flavorful. The Halibut was breaded just right to be crispy and enhance the taco without being too much. The Halibut was fresh, meaty and delicious. We were in line for their neighbor restaurant and not moving anywhere fast... we walked a few steps over and our order was taken immediately.... The "giddy up" fries and halibut sandwich are the things dreams are made of! Pretty sure we were done gorging on the huge portions when the person in front of us at the other place finally got their order taken!

The halibut taco was fantastic!! So was the hibiscus tea. Double yum! Cool cook, fun atmosphere - music & cornhole. Park/playground close by to keep everyone happy. Highly recommend!!
