We got king crab and dungeness crab. King crab was kinda cold by the time we got it, which was odd since the food was coming out as soon as we sat down. It's a walk up order place which was nice and the menu was small. It had indoor and outdoor seating it was a beautiful view and we got to watch whales while enjoying a delicious meal. One thing is, don't expect this to be a cheap meal. We spent almost $200 for this plate between 2 people.
Had the Dungeness Crab one cluster to share with my partner. $31.7 after tax. The crab is very fresh and meaty. The guy in the cashier mentioned it was freshly caught last week.
You can find the menus laying on the wooden table near the cashier. After you ordered, they will hand you a little disc that you place on any table and they will bring the crabs to you.

This our 3rd time in Icy strait in the last 5 years. Every time we have gone the crabhouse has been our lunch destination. There is usually a very long line but the food is well worth the wait. My husband and I usually order one of everything and all of it is always delicious, from the crabs, jambalaya, reindeer chilli, smoked salmon chowder and the shrimp. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are always clean. We will definitely be back again.
