Okay place to eat. The fish in the fish and chips was very dry. The other food was okay. The service was marginal. For my money I probably wouldn’t be back.

It's always hard to overcome a rude and unpleasant service experience but if the food is good enough you can usually get past it.... This had neither.
Taking a fun tour across Alaska with the goal of trying the best fish and chips in each town we chose this place to represent Juneau and ohhh man they failed and failed hard.
The service was rude and unavailable, the food was mediocre at best, I've had better frozen Costco halibut and the fish tacos were 99% rubber cheese.
All in all an abysmal experience and not great food, find yourself somewhere else, there are MANY better options in town.
Kid-friendliness: Our 6 year old had a bag of chips with him and they told us he had to leave because "no outside food"

For the first shop on the sea and in such a touristy place, I did not expect such good food and at such affordable prices. The waitress was giving off some stress and the doors were all open but the place was nicely decorated and stylish.

Wasn’t bad experience but not the place I’d spend my money again. Good thing was at bar service was quick. Food was hot but lacked flavor. They know they have great location and cater to one-time tourists: service and food quality reflect that.

This place is great!! If you’re there on a cruise, skip the food on the boat and go to Alaska Fish and Chops. Either Cod or Halibut, you can’t go wrong. And make sure you ask for Adrian, he is the best waiter around.

The fries were delicious and seasoned well, the halibut was by far the driest fish I've ever eaten. The service was ok. We loved watching the planes come in and take off. There was no wait and we sat ourselves. The food came out quickly. Good experience, it just wasn't great, it especially wasn't $40.00 per plate great, or even good.
