They was a delay in shipping due to the weather in AK which was definitely out of the control of the fish company. My emails were promptly responded to by courteous and customer-focused representatives of the company. They were very interested in making sure I was fully informed on the situation and I truly appreciate their efforts! Keep up the great work! Ps - I haven’t had any of the fish yet, so I can’t rate the product. However, it looks great!
