I appreciate that when my partner called in this cake last min, that they accepted the order. The design I could barley read or make it out. They put “25?” Instead of “25!” I’m truly sad about this cake. The cake wasn’t very light, it was more of a pound cake texture. Sadly won’t be ordering again.

it's a amazing bakery but I was disappointed with my order for my 21st I was soposto have special frosting inside my cake and instead just got the same stuff from the outside. it was delicious but not what I asked for and just sucked. but besides that I've never had any issues and they have amazing food and op

It was amazing and the cake I got was amazing for what it was I am vary disappointed that I did not have the German chocolate frosting in the middle just the white chocolate that was for the outside. And since it was for my 21st it was really disappointing but overall the cake was good just wouldn't spend 100 bucks again for not getting the one major thing I wanted from it.

If you find yourself in need of a sweet touch for your next celebration, do yourself a favor and go to this hidden gem of a bakery. I highly recommend the cupcakes that I bought. look forward to trying another treat in the future. Great presentation, flavor, and decoration.

Do Not Come Here.Worst baked goods we've ever had. We got 6 items: 1 Bar, 2 Cupcakes, 1 Cheesecake, 1 Cinnamon bun, and a Bagel. All of which tasted as though they had been in a fridge since Alaska became a state. Every item was hard, bland, and tasted like it came from a dollar general box. $5+ a pop for a baked good that even Walmart would be too embarrassed to sell. If you are gluten-free or not, I still wouldn't come here. All of the items were plain awful. Go to The Rookery instead. They don't have many gluten-free options, but they are by far the best pastries in Juneau, and they have awesome food.

I ordered a gluten-free, nut-free chocolate chip cheesecake and it was excellent. I've been treated with nothing but kindness and great service. All of my questions were answered and great care was taken to avoid cross contamination with problem ingredients. The shop itself is clean and tidy. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Fantastic local business!Edit: I simply had to update my review because it's a year old and I just had another wonderful experience I need to share. Today I tried this bakery's lemon and raspberry cheesecake and it was amazing. I really like how they chose to let the raspberries retain some of their natural tartness, as it really balances the sweetness of the cream. This treat easily could have turned out much too saccharine but it struck a great balance. The service was great once again and I will be going out of my way to find more excuses to give this business my patronage.

amazing cupcakes and cheesecakes. They even have a section of bars, breads, and cupcakes that are completely gluten free, sugar free, and keto friendly. Ale did my birthday cake and it was delicious. Death by chocolate with fresh strawberries as a topping and filling.

Got 2 cinnamon rolls and a cupcake. the cinnamon rolls were hard as rocks lol the cupcake I could tell had been refrigerated for a few days BUT didn't taste terrible. Everything they have is in refrigerator cases, so items aren't as fresh as you would want from a bakery

My best friend has celiac disease and has always struggled to find made already baked goods. I took to baking with gluten free flour growing up so I could include her in gatherings by simply changing the crust of pies and such. It was so awesome to walk in, and find almost the same amount of gluten free choices for her as I had in normal baked goods. It made me feel so awesome and very happy for her! Her being able to buy a dozen cupcakes that were different flavors, already made, made her day, and by association mine. Thank you guys so much for existing and having so many choices! We will definitely be return customers! Sorry it took us so long to hear about you!
