Bullwinkle's Pizza Parlor Reviews
Four of us went in for dinner. We ordered one family sized pizza (half deluxe and half pepperoni) and 4 sodas. It cost over $65.00. Are you kidding me?!?! I haven’t ordered from Bullwinkle’s except maybe one other time in the past few years. Now I know why! Very overpriced for very substandard pizza. I will stick with Juneau Pizza and Papa Murphy’s after this. (And one of the employees was wearing a shirt that looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Yuck!)
the employees of the downtown location are hostile and don't seem to like working. when they refused to take my order I stated 'fine I'm leaving'. They responded with 'oh thank god'
We ordered our pizza tonight and the man on the phone named Mitch D was acting like we were inconveniencing him. Just rude! When he would ask Sam to repeat what he said, he would sigh and respond with a rude tone. Very unprofessional! Then we received a burn but cold pizza!! Every bite is crunchy and hard to eat. I normally have a great experience from them but not tonight.

Bullwinkle's Pizza Parlor offers a nostalgic atmosphere with nostalgic paintings, seats, and video games. The amazing pizza and free popcorn for kids make it a highlight of Juneau. The buffet offers a variety of pizzas, salads with tasty dressings, and all kinds of soda for $14. The manager suggested the all-you-can-eat buffet, allowing for sharing. While noisy with kids, the pizzas like Deluxe and Cheese are tasty with good flavors and fresh ingredients. Customers can enjoy a trip down memory lane and satisfy their pizza cravings at Bullwinkle's Pizza Parlor. The upstairs game room with pinball and arcade-style machines adds to the fun, creating a proper pizza joint vibe. The well-maintained restroom and overall atmosphere bring back memories from over 30 years ago. Visitors often enjoy the thin crust pizza with plenty of toppings, and many appreciate the arcade for the kids. Service can be hit or miss, with some experiencing delays or loud speaker comments, but the friendly staff tries to keep up. Prices can sometimes seem a bit wacky, so ordering specials is recommended. Although some customers hope for non-dairy cheese options in the future, the free popcorn remains a popular appetizer. Despite minor issues like condiment service, Bullwinkle's remains a good place for families and those seeking a nostalgic pizza experience with a fun arcade environment.
