Awesome
Agree with others it’s a cool idea but execution needs a little more. Ordered the regular s’more and it was cold by the time I got it, and my coffee cup was smeared with chocolate all over, which was not great. It’s hard to know how to eat the s’more because it’s sitting on a wafer….what if it was served in a graham cracker taco shell? I think that would be better and easier to eat! My only request is that you name it The Toasty Taco 😎
Great place! Captain S’more & Brew has a great selection of s’mores, both more commonplace and unusual, and they all taste really good! As others have said, they’re not really s’mores, but rather waffle cones with marshmallows and toppings on top, but I guess that’s close enough! They also have some other food items and drinks, which we didn’t get, but I’d imagine are good as well.We ordered the Salty Sea Lion and Smokey Salmon (if you get these 2, you save $2 when buying them together as opposed to separately), which were highly unusual but somehow actually tasted great! Perhaps next time I will try the more standard s’mores to see how they compare? All in all, a nice place, and I’d recommend if you’re looking for a little snack while strolling through downtown Juneau! ?

An okay snack or dessert. We each had the Muddy Moose, and needed a knife....and a graham cracker on top. Too expensive for what we got. Points for creativity, though, and the gal who was working did her best to be fast and accurate...and friendly.

Ok, I love s’mores but living in the UK getting proper authentic s’mores are a no, no. So while we were travelling around Alaska we stopped in Juneau and what do I find… a S’mores food truck. “One Captains Original S’more please” or as I like to think “ Take my money and feed me!” 10/10, if you are in Juneau have a quick Google and pop along.
My wife and I happened upon this great food stand while meandering through Juneau. Gotta say we came for the S'mores and stayed for the grilled wraps. The person serving us was helpful and quick. Will definitely look this place up again next time we're in town. DELICIOUS!!!
Before traveling to Alaska I looked up some of the best places to eat. Captain's S'more & Brew popped up on only one of my many searches. It's a shame that it was not listed on all of them. This place did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor, if you ever find yourself in Juneau, go eat there.
Hell yes!!!!!!! So freaking awesome totally unique totally Alaska.

Always a super tasty treat!!
Co-located with a fish taco food truck and a crepes place, our group looked forward to some decadent desserts and hot chocolate. To our dismay, they had no marshmallows, which would seem to be one of the key ingredients to a s’more. Was in the area the next day, and guess what? The marshmallow drought continued. The young lady staffing the counter was very nice and we only wished we could have tried their signature product
The brown bear hot chocolate, yummy!
We stumbled upon this today while walking the streets of Juneau. Omg! My son, Matthew, couldn’t pass up the s’more with bacon and caramel. To die for! We are going back tonight for dessert to try some of the other choices. Don’t pass the opportunity to try this.
Fantastic little place! The marshmallows are fresh and delicious. Definitely worth a stop and you wont be disappointed!
