Very bad experience. I get it can be busy but when I worked there, we did not let orders get past an hour. Waited for hour and half. Driver finally called me and helped guided him to my house. Shared my location and still struggled to find my house. As he finally got to my house he was slurring and struggled to get to my door and up my 5-stair porch. Sadly forgot my sprite as well. Called and still waiting 3 hours total later.
