Placed an order and was waiting for it. Checked the status of my order to come and find out it was canceled. Called the location to find out why the order was canceled. The person who answered the phone let me know that I had called and already canceled the pizza. The didn’t ask once for any information as to my order but some how knew which order was mine. The person on the phone let me that they would have to recharge my card and informed me a couple time that they close at 10 and will be closing. I ordered before closing, this was the last straw ordering from them.

Appreciate the great service and ease of ordering online. Deliveries are on time and if not they make it right. Drivers are always polite and respectful.

I'm a traveling chef from Texas & typically order Dominoes across the country because the deals are good & the quality typically is satisfactory. This has been my worst experience with them ever. Cold food, partially burnt sandwiche, it took over 80 minutes to get it & then they dropped it off in the hotel lobby. I wanted to tip the driver and let him know I wasn't upset with him for the slow delivery, but he called to say I had to come down to get it & left. I won't order from them again while in Alaska.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and watched the driver tap his breaks and drive away. When I called to inquire they claimed I "cancelled the order" and told me they'd have to remake the pizza.

This place constantly turns out subpar food. I ordered an extravagganza with extra cheese. This is the results. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO ANYWHERE else for pizza.
