I don’t ever leave reviews… but I felt this was the best way to bring out the positive for Juneau Valley Dominos.I have never encountered a more hardworking and dedicated staff. When I walked in, they were clearly busy, but what stood out was their genuine care for each order. In a world where true dedication to one's job is often rare, these individuals were a breath of fresh air. I initially expected my order to be ready in about 20 minutes, but they informed me it would take an additional 25 minutes – no issue for me, as it assured me they were giving each order the attention it deserved.The entire team appeared swamped with orders, and yet they continued to work diligently. Juneau is a bustling place, and managing this level of demand is undoubtedly challenging. The person overseeing everything, pointing and ensuring everything ran smoothly, clearly cared deeply about every single order. They treated me like their top customer.As my husband and I sat in our car, enjoying the perfectly cooked pizza, I couldn't help but observe how the staff treated every customer with the same level of respect. In the short time I was there, it was evident that every member of the team was fully engaged.Juneau Valley Domino's is not just meeting Domino's expectations; it's exceeding them. This place boasts an exceptional crew, and I have immense respect for them. It's people like this who make our world better. i eat here quite often bc when i come get my order the guys are always nice. i know they’re short staff but i always get the feeling they care about my food. try to ask about their days if you can, i think it goes a long way. thanks guys, i’m sure i’ll be back soon ♥️

Friend ordered us an extravaganza pizza no green pepper today. When it was getting close the driver called our friend for directions and ended up just hanging up on our friend. We managed to flag down the driver on the curb and he handed the pizza and drove away without the opportunity of even receiving the tip. The pizza did not have any green pepper. I wonder if they also thought we wanted no cheese because it was virtually void of it.As I've spent years working part-time for Domino's both down south and in Juneau I have valid expectations. Quality customer service and decent food, not crappy attitude and overpriced food made by Scrooge. A Totino's box pizza would have tasted better.

Got in really late on a flight that was late. Seems like the airlines aren’t delivering customer service, but this Domino’s is getting it done. No excuses even though very busy, and late on a Sunday night, I got a good pizza. It was very appreciated. Thnx Guys!
