The portobello fries are amazing, our waitress shawna was friendly and very attentive we saw her go out of her way to help not only us but the many tables she was serving. Highly recommend!

Nice place for dinner with a great view of the water and surrounding mountains! We didn’t have a reservation (hint - make a reservation), but the woman at the front was very organized and efficient and got us in within 30 minutes. Great service, beer selection, and menu options - the blackened halibut tacos did not disappoint!

We were excited to go to Tracy‘s crab shack to have crab legs for months before our cruise. But after ending our tour with Juneau Tours, which was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. We were talking to our driver about crab legs, and he suggested that we go to the Hanger. We always want to patronize small local businesses. So we went our crab legs were so disgusting. They bent in half they were a fraction of the size you would think they would be when you finally did get into the flimsy shell. No cracker needed at all. My girlfriend Complained and we mentioned ours We’re the same and no response from the hostess or the waitress. They replaced my girlfriend‘s crab and told us that they gave her a free portion. Which didn’t make sense because she gave back her flimsy crab, so I’m not understanding what the very unfriendly hostess thought she was giving us for free. Lesson learned. Kind of sucks because one of the things we were looking forward to most was having crab legs in Alaska. So if it’s crab legs, you’re looking for don’t waste your five dollar savings at the Hanger, go to Tracy‘s. On a bright note, our drinks were absolutely amazing.

First time I’ve ever eaten here and it was delicious. I had the crew plate which included fresh salmon and halibut. That was the best I’ve ever had, and I’m sure it was also the freshest that I’ve ever had. Highly suggested, and the price was not ridiculous.

The food was very good. I had the Halibat Fish and Chips with the Salmon Dip. My drink was never empty. Service was very good. The Fish and chips had great fresh flavor and cooked perfectly. The salmon dip was a bit heavy. I'd either want more pita chips or just less dip.
