I love Heritage! The food and drinks are always amazing, and I would recommend everything. It is made with care and you can definitely tell. There is a variety to choose from as well, from scones and burritos to smoothies and capichinos to coffee and hot tea. There are plenty of places to sit and a variety of chairs, and is very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean. The staff is always amazing and helpful and super kind. Me and a friend of mine usually come on bikerides here. Once my friend ordered a strawberry smoothie and was about to pay, when she found that she had left all her money at home. I offered to pay, but she said it was okay. Later, when we were sitting down, the smiling barista came over with nothing other than a strawberry smoothie, which she gave to my friend, saying it was on the house. I love the people, the food, the drinks, literally just everything about the place. Highly recommend to everyone. Can't wait to see the renos!

This business is Not customer friendly. When I asked where the restroom was the employee said it was closed. I asked where do the employees use the restroom. He said, didn't say it was broken, it's closed. Fellow tourists and travelers be aware.

I ran in here for coffee before going to the airport. The display case was mostly empty. This is without a doubt the slowest service I’ve ever had for coffee anywhere, anytime. The clerk attending the register hustled, but the barista was too busy texting, looking at the ceiling an chatting with the folks in the back to get orders done. Once they were done, he simply set them on the counter without specifying what they were so several of us waited while our already made drinks cooled. The silver lining is that the coffee was good but it wasn’t worth waiting 25 minutes for a latte.

They're very friendly,& helpful with anything you'll need. I just rarely go in there. But it IS a VERY good place to get coffee, or a quick little snack to eat with it. ??❤️❤️

Normally I wouldn’t bother but was treated very rudely yesterday(girl in all black). I pulled up and was treated like I was an inconvenience or a problem and the barista came across very aggressive/upset. I Paid for my coffee even tipped and she complained/informed me that it would take longer cause she just cleaned the machines.If you didn’t want my order should have said so I would have gone somewhere else and not make me feel uncomfortable I will be avoiding this locationPS she just stared at me for a minute in anger when I placed my order Not sure what i did wrong

No food at this location… the girls argue with customers… the drinks are inconsistent from day to day, and when you say something, the staff disagrees. The best employee they have is the tall curly haired gentleman, he’s super nice! This place needs work and training.

The staff appeared to be having a bad day on one of my visits and was a little short. Otherwise, it was great.
He just ran in for a coffee this go. The price was very reasonable and the coffee tasted very good. It was busy so there was a little bit of a wait. They have a drive through but the line seemed long and sometimes the cars in line get in the way in the parking lot.

We were only at the drive through location by the airport and did a walk up and order. Nice and friendly staff and quick to have our orders done, plus tasty. Good coffee and mocha! Will be back some day!
