Our new favorite coffee place. The Spiced Chia is so yummy. It's kinda annoying getting to the actual shop but worth it.

This business is Not customer friendly. When I asked where the restroom was the employee said it was closed. I asked where do the employees use the restroom. He said, didn't say it was broken, it's closed. Fellow tourists and travelers be aware.
I ran in here for coffee before going to the airport. The display case was mostly empty. This is without a doubt the slowest service I’ve ever had for coffee anywhere, anytime. The clerk attending the register hustled, but the barista was too busy texting, looking at the ceiling an chatting with the folks in the back to get orders done. Once they were done, he simply set them on the counter without specifying what they were so several of us waited while our already made drinks cooled. The silver lining is that the coffee was good but it wasn’t worth waiting 25 minutes for a latte.
Every time we’re in Juneau visiting with a cruise ship, we come here for coffee, pastries and to connect to free wifi.
We were only at the drive through location by the airport and did a walk up and order. Nice and friendly staff and quick to have our orders done, plus tasty. Good coffee and mocha! Will be back some day!
Latte and mochas didn't have that coffee flavor profile and is too sweet for me. Ordered an iced drink, got it blended. They asked me if I wanted whipped cream, i said no; still got the whipped cream anyway and there was no one else in line when this happened.

I grabbed coffee a few times just in the last week. The customer service here has been awesome and my dog always gets a treat too!

I had a yummy white chocolate chilachino with a shot of heaven. I highly recommend if you're in the mood for something sweet!
