Do NOT recommend. We walked in to ask if there were any bar stools or tables available. The manager with the “purple” hair said in an arrogant way “Not for another 45 minutes”. We said ok we will go to Salt and you don’t have to be so rude. Her next comment was “I hope that’s not your dad”. That IS not my dad that is my boyfriend. How rude and just disrespectful especially as a manager. Never again. Please the owner fire this manager as we have read other reviews she is nasty!

I wish I could make this a 6 star review because that's what this restaurant deserves! We were so lucky to grab a reservation (which you need) at this amazing place. The wood fired Calabrian spice cauliflower appetizer (which is HUGE!) was like nothing we've ever had before. And we also ordered a Salsiccia pizza which was so delicious! Then you add the personalized, sweet staff ... well, now you know why 6 stars is what they deserve!

I was so thankful they were able to squeeze me and my partner in when they first opened. You should make it a point to have a reservation! They fill up fast. The service was great and the atmosphere is amazing too. The food? I wish I could say it was great, but it was nothing to write home about. The meatballs were great. The sourdough was dreadful. There were too many sesame seeds on the crust, taking away from the flavor of sourdough. The oil and vinegar that comes with it wasn’t good either. The shells and cheese were alright too. I would say take away the dill, and add a little less king salmon and it’s the bees knees. The cannoli was our dessert and we only finished the one, but not without complaints there either. The cannoli was bitter and didn’t taste great. Overall, the food is hit or miss. I may come back in the future, but the food wasn’t fantastic.

Awesome last meal in Juneau! The smoked salmon was divine - amazingly smokey and tender. The shells and cheese were tasty and seasoned well. The fettuccine was perfectly fine. The Thunderdome appetizer was fun and a great bread starter. Atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Our waitress was very kind and friendly as well. Would definitely come back!
Spaghetti and meatballs, leaky goat pizza, chicken Alfredo all outstanding! And the signature cauliflower was fantastic!!

The food is why you come! Outstanding from appetizers to entrees. The service for us this time was less than stellar. I think our server was new. Usually, it’s better. Definitely make a reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

One of the best dining experiences in Juneau! The lads making pizzas with the wood fire oven are true experts - delicious dough, perfectly crisp, with just the right amount of topping. The crab gnocchi was pillowy and decadent. The hot honey cauliflower was unique and delicious. Chocolate tart was precisely made and smooth. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very welcoming atmosphere and the food and service were impeccable. Highly recommend!

We were there at noon that is basic deli food but was able to get pizza and chocolate cheese desert … all was delicious.
