We were outside at 4pm and the employee showed up a few minutes later (late) & was rude as he unlocked the door to open... once inside he was not friendly or inviting, slapped menus down and still did not ask for our order. Gave off an extremely negative vibe, super unwelcoming so instead of spending a couple hundred dollars here, we walked out. Bummed because it’s a cute place and was highly recommended but we will not be spending money here.

Excellent top shelf drinks and cocktails for very reasonable price. Smaller, cozy atmosphere. Respectful and diverse crowd. Good eclectic mix of music. Great service.

I'm sitting right now at Heritage typing Tripadvisor reviews for all the restaurants and activities we've done in Juneau. They have a strict 15 minute limit on Wifi use, but by strategically buying scones and coffees separately, and, to write this review, by successfully begging one more 15 min session. So I'd debit Heritage with over strict rules, but credit them generously for ultimately taking seriously the needs of the customer. Now, the food: the scones (orange-cranberry and chocolate) are really good; we bought one once to take home for the next day's lunch. I'm not a coffee connaisseur, so I took the brewed coffee and am happy with it. The ambience is nice, with mostly tourists but a good number of locals wandering in and out. Most of the seats are at counters, but we found a good table and there are easy chairs in a cool back corner. I'd type my reviews here anytime, and Heritage gets five stars just for being nice about my using their wifi.

Good food, and a wery tasty coffee. Looking forward to come back again. Really like it that they give only 15 min of wifi. Bcoz some people staying in coffe shop for hours with 1 coffe only good job Heritage

😁 The most popular diner among Filipino crews in any cruise ship while at this port of call.

Lumpia (spring rolls) were life savers.

This is my 2nd time visiting Heritage. The food is fresh and healthy, many excellent choices for vegetarians and food conscience eaters. My breakfast sandwich was ginormous, filled with lots of spinach, fresh eggs and the bacon was cooked to perfection. A little too much bread for me but a guy ( aka a bigger eater) would love the portion size. Next time I’ll ask for a half order .... A must for breakfast when in a JUNEAU.

We walked in here on a cold rainy day and were not sorry we did. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate.

We came in because the kids wanted 5 minutes of wifi. We left with the best chai latte ever! We even came back later in the day for another before boarding the ship!

Boba drinks are not a slush or worth 5.00. I was disappointed

The portions were small in comparison to their prices; my Jumbo Corn Dog was more like a slightly above average corn dog, at least as far as size is concerned. As for taste, the general consensus was that nothing was particularly good, though the salmon seemed better than the rest. WiFi was slow too. Seating was decent but limited. Overall, a mediocre eating experience
