I have been to McDonalds all over the world, and this one in Juneau was the worst. There was a long line at the drive thru, so I went in. There was no one at the counter so I paid for my order on the kiosk machine. As I'm waiting, the girl making french fries and scooping them up, decides to eat a few! No gloves on anyone. After 10 minutes of waiting I look to the screen, and my order number is not there. I feel sorry for the Door Dash people as the food they have already picked up is getting cold. After 20 minutes of waiting and a huge line at the counter of people that want to order (and still no one is there), I finally received my food. Nothing had been replenished at the counter so there were no tops for my drink cup. My favorite are McDonalds French fries, however they were so disappointing, I threw them away. It was definitely not a good experience. They need much better management.

I want to love McDonald's, but the service is what can bring it down. By the time we get our food, it is already lukewarm, no longer fresh or hot, and my family wasn't all that happy after waiting directly outside the door for 20 minutes just to only get semi-warm food. The fries were too cold to enjoy, as they cool down the fastest and were no longer enjoyable after 2 minutes in the car; the only thing that stayed warm enough to finish was just burgers.

This is a great and very organized McDonalds. This is the only “fast food” joint in Juneau, so it’s always packed. We used the app and did the drive through. During my stay we had food from here on 3 different occasions with 6 people ordering. Our orders were always right, nothing ever missing. The drive through staff were speedy and efficient.

It’s almost impressive that I could literally go in there turn on the machines and make my own meal faster than they’re able to get it out for me.
BUT, I have to at least give them one star for consistency. If they’re gonna make me wait a minimum of 45 minutes for my meal, at least they do it every time. 👍

Was in line with 12 people who had their orders taken by the manager at the register who promptly walked off without eye contact or a word when it was my turn to order. I would say this is odd but has happened 4 other times at this location. The only difference between myself and the other customers was skin color.
My dad was recently kicked out of this Mcdonalds for absolutely no reason. Terrible service

You can't get a human to help you. Either drive through, get curbside delivery, or learn to use the touchscreen kiosks, because there is NOBODY at the register, and if they do pop out it's to deliver something that was ordered electronically somewhere.
