Solid place to grab a drink and a bite. TVs all over the place so a great place to come during playoffs for any sports, although you need to get there early because it gets packed. Tuesdays they have fun cocktails so you’ll have a great time whenever and with whoever you go with.
This was a great place to go right after walking the frozen lake to get to the glacier. Pastrami sandwich was amazing. As well as the lavender cocktail.

I'm visiting Juneau and stopped here to grab lunch. While the Philly was good, the service stunk lending to a sucky atmosphere as well.In addition to my Philly, I had an iced tea...a very expensive glass of ice tea I might add. I was allotted one refill in a glass mostly filled with ice. I was told another refill, to go, would be another $4.50. WTH?!?!?! I could get a whole box of tea bags for $4.50. Imagine the markup on my glass of tea!!I will NEVER go back to a McGivney's again.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten & soy allergies...staff was so good at working with me... had bunless hamburger with fries that met the restrictions. Was very good & filling.

Ms. Sue seemed to have woke up in a bad mood this Sunday morning… we were completely ignored while she sat at another table visiting with other people for 25 minutes. I went up to her at the bar to tell her we were ready to order food and then again got up to ask her for our check.It felt odd and uncomfortable.
Been here a few times. I would come back in the future. Food has been good consistently. Not a ton of options, but it's a sports bar, so that is not to be expected. Service is always great. Just a few minute drive from airport.

Had an excellent evening experience at McGivney’s. Rosie is an ALL STAR—so much thanks to her! We loved the chill atmosphere and pleasantly seasonal ambiance. The crew got a gyro (supple and delicious meat), bacon burger (perfectly cooked medium), and a Reuben (heavily loaded with beef and a quality rye). I loved my jalapeño margarita, but wished there were more than two IPA options. One tiny wish, but we enjoyed everything else so much!!

Been a McG's fan for a long time but recent experience changed my view. I was just there with my wife and family. All was going well until our two pear & goat cheese salads came with no detectable dressing. When we pointed it out to the waitress who was very nice she said she'd bring more but we'd be charged due to bosses policy. I'd like to fire the boss who made that policy. Ridiculous, so we ate a dry salad. Last time we're heading in the downtown restaurant. We haven't had that issue in the valley location so we'll probably still go to that one.
