A very nice, clean and quaint restaurant. The Young man that took my order was very pleasant and made me feel at home . As a visitor, that was very important for me as was returning home to Houston Texas. My pizza order was awesome, hot and flavorful. I would recommend this outlet to anyone interested.

Went to Papa John’s on Jordan. I hear they have great Calzones, ads on the wall shows Calzones! Guess what no Calzones. They don’t sell Calzones anymore. I look up and think it’s Juneau, things run out…right? I look to order something else, but they have no prices! No prices for any of there items!! WTH? I ask the kid what items cost, he looks at me and says “I don’t know”…what a joke for a business!! I’m sure they have good food, but what a ridiculous way to run a business. It’s a take it or leave unprofessional way to operate. I won’t be back!! There are plenty of other local pizza places to do business with. I don’t recommend Papa John’s on Jordan in Juneau!

There’s no atmosphere. Their phone line links to people who don’t live anywhere in Alaska. I just got off the phone with someone who called Juneau “Joe-new”. And when I got a hold of a local, he made me linger forever while he tried to prove to me that Italian Trio wasn’t a real pizza option.I’m incredibly unsatisfied with this company.
